About Ayanna Williams-Jones
Starting as a dancer, she formed an entertainment service and went on to become a real estate loan officer, General Motors fleet manager, and owner of the day spa Pedicure & Shoes 2 Go.
Currently, Ayanna is the owner of the consulting firm Boss Ladies of Detroit, advising other entrepreneurs on how to make it in business. While preparing for her debut as the author of Detroit Madam, she launched her first podcast Love, Sex & Business—with the Boss Ladies of Detroit, exploring both the opportunities and challenges that women face in business. Her coaching of 100 women in business comes with the goal of elevating them to a “Boss Lady” status.
Additionally, Ayanna has started a new venture, Twin Resorts, an Airbnb that will combine with her day spa to provide an all-encompassing luxurious experience. She lives in Detroit with her six children
